How it works: A radio signal is sent by the transmitter to a receiver located on your dog's collar. The signal is transmitted through a wire which is placed along the boundaries you want to establish. The wire is really an antenna that carries the signal. The receiver, attached to your dog's collar, provides a warning beep when he approaches the wire. If he starts to cross the wire, he will receive a mild static correction. This will dissuade him from continuing further. *Ideal for any size yard up to 25 acres. *Deluxe UltraLight receiver collar with five levels of correction, a beep warning followed by four levels of progressive correction. *Audio break alarm warns when wire has been broken. *Waterproof receiver. *Progressive correction -- if your dog attempts to run through, correction level increases until he turns back. *Safety features include protection against false signals and extra surge protection for storm-prone areas. *Easy-to-follow operation manual and video.
